We are a very well established French institution, renowned for its Macaron. In our SoHo US flagship we offer a restaurant a wonderful garden (open during Winter) and a full range retail.

TECHNICAL AND COMMERCIAL SKILLS

  • Be an ambassador of our brand values.
  • Manage a team up to 50 persons, restaurant staff and Kitchen.
  • Enforce our company policy.
  • Provide excellent quality of service to our international and local clients.
  • Manage the daily basic of a restaurant up to 150 seats and up to 500 clients a day.
  • Understand financial KPIs and respect budget targets.
  • Be creative and find ways to develop the turnover.
  • Ensure the best quality of service and participating to the whole operation from welcoming the client to her/his checkout.
  • Handle potential delicate situations with clients.
  • Supervise the orders and billings.
  • Supervise the wine and drinks list.
  • Check the quality of products on sale.

 MANAGEMENT / SUPERVISORY STAFF

  • Collect and spread information
  • Control the hygiene, conducts and uniforms of the staff and the good presentation of the point of sale according to the procedures of the shop and the HACCP norms.
  • Welcome and train the new employees
  • Check if the standards of quality and the procedures of service are respected. Check if both the packaging and merchandising guidelines are respected.
  • Lead the daily briefings
  • Be involve on the staff and food cost.
